The B2B Marketing Specialist - Content and Design will be responsible for developing and executing content and design strategies targeted at businesses looking to acquire and offer financial services to their end clients. This position requires knowledge of inbound marketing, as well as the ability to create compelling written and visual content.
- Content Strategy Development: Design and execute content strategies to attract businesses, traditional banks, neo-banks, and others to acquire financial products for their customers. This includes creating blogs, images, videos, infographics, webinars, and other formats.
- Graphic Design: Generate static and video visual content that effectively conveys our brand identity and solutions. Develop eye-catching visuals for marketing materials, social media, digital campaigns, events, and presentations.
- Design Tools: Use design tools like Figma, Canva, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop + Illustrator) to create high-quality graphics and multimedia elements.
- Website Management: Maintain and update our website using CMS platforms like Webflow. Ensure that both written and visual content remains current and complies with brand guidelines.
- Marketing Automation: Utilize marketing automation tools like HubSpot or Marketo to streamline and optimize marketing processes, segmentation, and lead tracking.
- Industry Knowledge: Stay informed about fintech industry trends, B2B financial products, and solutions. Collaborate with the team to incorporate industry insights into the content.
- Proven experience in B2B marketing with a focus on financial products.
- Solid knowledge of inbound marketing and content strategies.
- Advanced graphic design skills and experience with mentioned design tools.
- Experience in managing corporate social media.
- Knowledge of CMS and the ability to keep a website up to date.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
