Frontend Engineer

As a Senior Frontend Developer at Inswitch, you will:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and backend developers to deliver high-quality and user-friendly web applications.
• Take ownership of technical solutions and provide expertise in architectural decisions to improve the overall quality of our applications.
• Mentor and guide junior developers, conducting code reviews and sharing best practices to foster growth within the team.
• Identify and address performance bottlenecks and optimize applications for speed and scalability.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, recommending improvements to our development processes and tools.

What You Need To Have

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript is Required.
• Extensive experience with React.js and its core principles is a must.
• Having skills to create applications usable and friendly, using the bases of UX/UI is required. 
• Experience with version control systems (Git) and agile development methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering efficient and effective solutions.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and work independently.

Nice to have but not mandatory

• Experience with backend technologies such as Node.js, Nest.js, Express, or other backend frameworks is a plus!
• Familiarity with React Native for mobile application development is a plus!
