We're looking for a Software Engineering Manager for our Managed Services team.

What You'll Be Working On

  • Manage end-to-end and directly the development, implementation, and support teams of Managed Services.
  • Coordinate with your Product/Security/Technology/DBA peers improvements to be implemented in internal processes and procedures.
  • Thoroughly understand the technical complexity of problems and ensure optimal solutions for them.
  • Manage the operation of the service, acquiring knowledge of the industry and particularities of the customers.
  • Promote quality during development, automation during implementation, excellence during operations, and the effective fulfillment of the team's commitments over time.
  • Lead the execution of the team's roadmap and compliance with the deployment cycles for the delivery of continuous value.
  • Work with SRE and Monitoring teams to manage monitoring strategies and post-production support.
  • Work collaboratively with the product owner to align technical solutions with the product vision.
  • Carry out the operational management of the team together with the product owner and People team for the development of each individual (monitoring of objectives, coaching, mentoring, performance evaluations, career plans, etc.).
  • Coordinate with your leader and other EMs to align solutions to the current reality of the platform, detect dependencies and remove impediments.
  • Evangelize and accompany the execution of standards and best practices of architecture, development, and operations.

What You Need To Have

  • Bachelor's degree in software engineering, computer engineering, or computer science is a plus.
  • +2 years of experience managing software development/operations teams under agile methodologies are required.
  • Customer Success mindset.
  • Solid knowledge in systems integration, general solution design, scalability, automation, AzureDevOps, and QA.
  • Fluency in both spoken and written English.
