People Care and Administration Assistant

We are looking for an Assistant to undertake a variety of HR and administrative duties.

About this position

People Care and Administration Assistant duties involve a wide range of support activities inside our Company, from the front desk to maintaining our employee database to posting job ads.
An important part of your role will be to ensure smooth communication with coworkers and prompt resolution of requests and questions.

Administration responsibilities will include:

- Act as Front Desk Representative, undertake all receptionist and clerical duties at the desk of our main entrance
- Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages
- Receive letters, and packages, and distribute them
- Take inventory and order office supplies as needed
- Maintain digital and physical financial records Review and file payroll documents
- Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data

People Care responsibilities will include:

- Assist with day-to-day operations of the People Care department functions and duties
- Compile and update employee records
- Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, performance evaluations, etc)
- Assist with recruitment: Source candidates, update our database, coordinate and perform interviews
- Assist with on boarding and off boarding processes

Requirements and skills

- ​​Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Full professional proficiency in English
- Superb organizational abilities
- Outstanding interpersonal skills
- Good math skills and the ability to spot numerical errors
- Hands-on experience with MS Excel and accounting software (e.g. Memory, QuickBooks)
- Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information
- BSc/Ba in Administration, Accounting, Finance, Labor, Human Resources, or relevant field
