After implementing the eTopUp Suite successfully in Haiti and Panama operations, IN Switch was the company chosen to provide a unique solution would allow Digicel to generate new revenue with its recharge distribution chain.
With a record time of 6 months, the 27 CALA operation of Digicel had ePIN running to perform topUps, improve their operative cost, increase security of distribution chain, among other benefits.

Digicel Group goals were diverse:

As the operations in Haiti and Panama, nowadays Digicel Group has a complete platform, widely proved and used for other operators like Antel, Telefonica, Millicom Group, and Hola Paraguay.
Thanks to ePIN, Digicel Group has changed from their scratchcard and truck distribution system to a 100% electronic recharge platform. This allowed them to reduce operative cost, to increment significantly the security of the whole process, and to have full visibility of transactions.
