IN Switch Solutions’ Support Center is, once again, recognized to provide a complete set of processes and policies that ensure a standard and accurate management of support incidents. Thus, IN Switch Solutions focuses on the customers for performing each of its activities, with a special emphasis on satisfying its costumer’s implicit and explicit needs.
