Inswitch is an international company; therefore, and only if necessary and by prior agreement, personal data may be transferred internationally and located on servers outside the country where they were originally uploaded, including countries outside the United States of America, Uruguay, Brazil, Mexico, etc., or countries that do not have laws providing specific protection of personal data or that have different legal standards for data protection. The confidentiality of personal data will be preserved, which will not leave the Inswitch infrastructure in which they are hosted, remaining within the services used for their proper processing.

7.     Data retention

8.     Data destruction

The method of data destruction must be secure. In the case of AWS, it will be based on the data security guidelines provided by the platform.

In the case of on-premise platforms, secure deletion must be performed by the owner of the hardware where the Inswitch service was installed.

You have the following rights regarding the personal data we process about you:

  1. Access to your personal data. 
  2. Rectify or correct your personal data.
  3. Erase your personal data (also known as the "right to be forgotten"). 
  4. Object to the processing of your personal data in certain circumstances (particularly where we do not need to process the data to comply with a contractual requirement or other legal requirement). 
  5. Obtain the personal data you provided to us for a contract or with your consent in a structured, machine-readable format and ask us to share (port) this data to another party (known as the right to "data portability").
