1. What is Inswitch and how does this privacy policy work?

In the case of on-premise platforms, secure deletion must be performed by the owner of the hardware where the Inswitch service was installed.

  2. Rectify or correct your personal data.
  3. Erase your personal data (also known as the "right to be forgotten"). 
  4. Object to the processing of your personal data in certain circumstances (particularly where we do not need to process the data to comply with a contractual requirement or other legal requirement). 
  5. Obtain the personal data you provided to us for a contract or with your consent in a structured, machine-readable format and ask us to share (port) this data to another party (known as the right to "data portability").
