KYC is the process of verifying a customer’s identity.

KYC procedures include collecting proof documents, extracting and assessing the data, and reporting.
Generally, KYC processes are executed as part of a Customer Onboarding Journey, and repeated over time when it is required by the business.

KYC Flows

Generally, a KYC process involves the following flows:

• Proofs (Id documents, address document, selfie, etc.) upload.
• Verification (checks) request.
• Verification (checks) status pooling.
• Report details query.
