Product Manager Payments (Payins)

At Inswitch, we are actively seeking a passionate and experienced Product Manager to lead our payments team with a specific focus on payment reception. As a leader in the Financial Technology (Fintech) sector, we are committed to creating innovative solutions that facilitate and optimize financial transactions.

Responsibilities:

Product Strategy:

■ Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for payment reception products, aligned with the company's vision and objectives.

■ Collaborate closely with development and marketing teams to ensure effective implementation of the strategy.

Continuous Development and Improvement:

■ Manage the complete lifecycle of payment reception products, from conception to continuous optimization.

■ Identify improvement opportunities and new features based on data analysis, market trends, and customer feedback.

Interdepartmental Collaboration:

■ Work closely with technical, operations, compliance, and marketing teams to ensure smooth execution of payment reception products.

■ Facilitate effective communication between teams to achieve efficient results.

Market Research:

■ Stay updated on market trends, regulations, and technological advancements in the field of payment reception.

■ Conduct user research to understand customer needs and expectations.

Project Management:

■ Lead and coordinate projects related to the development and improvement of payment reception products, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.

Requirements:

■ Proven experience as a Product Manager or in a similar role, with a specific focus on payment reception products in Fintech environments.

■ Solid knowledge of technologies and regulations related to electronic payment reception.

■ Ability to lead multifunctional teams and work effectively in a collaborative environment.

■ Excellent analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.

■ Strong oral and written communication skills in English and Spanish.

■ Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.

■ Certification in Product Management or Finance is an advantage.
