Product Manager UX/UI

At Inswitch, a leading company in the Financial Technology (Fintech) sector, we are searching for a highly qualified and passionate Product Manager with expertise in user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design. This role is pivotal in leading and shaping the user experience in our products, with a special focus on the payment processing and card issuance industry.

Responsibilities:

‍User Experience Strategy:
Develop and execute a comprehensive user experience strategy for our products, ensuring an intuitive and appealing interface for end-users and business clients.
Collaborate with development, marketing, and product teams to align the UX/UI strategy with business objectives.

User Interface Design:
Oversee the creation of wireframes, prototypes, and final designs that optimize user interaction and enhance usability.
Ensure consistency and brand identity across all platforms and products.

User Research:
Conduct user research and data analysis to understand user needs and preferences.
Utilize user feedback to iterate and continuously improve the product experience.

Interdisciplinary Collaboration
Work closely with development, marketing, and product teams to effectively integrate UX/UI aspects into the development cycle.
Collaborate with payment processing and card issuance teams to understand industry-specific requirements.

Design Project Management:
Lead and supervise design projects from conception to implementation, ensuring timelines and work quality.

Requirements:‍

- Proven experience as a Product Manager UX/UI or in a similar role, with a focus on the payment processing and/or card issuance industry.

- Deep knowledge of best practices in user interface design and user experience.

- Ability to translate business concepts and requirements into effective design solutions.

- Experience collaborating with both technical and non-technical teams, as Well as external teams in the financial industry.

- Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.

- Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.

- Previous experience in Fintech projects, especially in payment processing or card issuance.
