About this position

We are currently looking to hire a driven & ambitious Sales Operations Specialist to join our team and be instrumental in providing insightful data analysis to help drive sales performance and profit objectives. An essential part of your role will be to ensure smooth operative and prompt resolution of requests. You will report directly to the Chief Commercial Officer.

A Sales Operations Specialist will be responsible for:

  • Support to CCO with day-to-day duties
  • Managing and maintaining CRM systems and sales databases up to date.
  • Organizing data and generating deep customer insights to enhance sales force productivity and effectiveness.
  • Supporting the sales team with key planning and operations tasks to support the overall objective of the business.
  • Provide pricing and contract support by providing the sales team with high-quality benchmarks.
  • Prepare sales contracts and review and update existing contracts.
  • Follow and enforce all company policies and procedures.
  • Monitoring and analyzing key sales and business performance indicators and trends to drive strategic and tactical business decisions.
  • Ensuring sales process adoption and compliance.
  • Identifying opportunities for improvement in the sales process and systems to ensure greater sales effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Providing support to sales representatives
  • Collaborating with marketing and finance teams to align sales operations.
  • Ensure the quality and accuracy of issued business proposals based on Inswitch’s pricing policies.

Key Requirements

  • Studies in Commerce, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in a similar role.
  • Knowledge of business intelligence tools such as Looker. Strong capabilities in Google Sheets (as a substitute to Excel) will be an advantage.
  • Experience working with CRM tools like Zoho CRM.
  • Analytical mind as well as strong commercial acumen.
  • Proactive and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Able to work well in matrix environments requiring you to work with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Fintech enthusiast.
  • Full Proficiency in English (near-native).
